Data gathering
We already have the information we need: the data we gathered during your initial assessment.
Desk research
We hold a database of all the tariffs offered by the UK’s tier one and tier two carriers. We then compare your call data to these tariffs.
Anonymous bid
Based on your data, we put an anonymous bid to the market. This allows you to get an unbiased price from your current supplier.
Open bid
You select your top two providers, and we then reveal your name to them. Typically, this results in an even lower bid price.
Decision time
You simply choose the provider you would like to use. As we said earlier, over 50% of our customers stay with their current providers - but on a much reduced tariff.
