In order to make sound business decisions, you need to start with a clear and accurate view of your entire telecoms estate. The problem is that the bills which network providers send out are incredibly complex to understand, especially when you have multiple sites - and a mix of fixed lines, mobiles and data costs to analyse.

These bills are also likely to have errors in them, due to things like complex trunks and circuits, numerous tariffs and rates, usage-sensitive discounts, maintenance costs and all manner of surcharges! So what chance do you stand?
Genuine savings from precise analysis
We review every aspect of your telecoms costs, which allows us to assess your current status with all of your mobile and fixed line providers. We can then develop an accurate view of your complete telecoms situation, with all fixed and variable charges included. This total assessment encompasses areas such as:

This is how we do it

To allow us to carry out a full Assessment, we need you to provide us with a few simple items:

  Information on your existing tariffs and contracts - from the network providers which you would like us to assess
 -
  Fully itemised bills for the last three months from each of these providers
 -
  A detailed list of any subsidiary companies and of all your current office promises

And apart from letting your telecoms suppliers know that you're happy for us to talk to them. that's it!

Our Veropath telecoms expense management platform utilises up-to-date information from every tier one and tier two network provider, enabling us to analyse your entire telecoms status in detail - something which would be impossible to do by hand, when huge volumes of bills often have to be taken into account!

How much doesit cost?

Our Assessment and Benchmarking services are combined into one straightforward charging arrangement, as these usually take place at the same time. This is an initial fee, which is based upon a percentage of your current annual telecoms spend, and is followed by a percentage of the potential savings we identify. If you would rather have these areas costed separately, we can of course discuss this on a case-by-case basis.

It's easy to find savings in almost any service, in theory - but we don't just deal in theories! So we also build costs for contract termination into every Assessment we make. And we're so confident that we can offer genuine savings, that if we identify a saving which is less than 10% of your annual spend, then you pay nothing at all - as we will refund the initial fee in full.
