What do we do?
Working with your team we provide contract lifecycle management consisting of our expert telecoms consultants using our unique in house developed Veropath software to ensure that you get the telecoms service you require at the lowest cost available.
How do we do it?
We input full details of all your landline, mobile and WAN communications to our secure , web-based management register. At the end of each month we then enter full billing details into the system allowing interrogation against services provided using Veropath’s user friendly and intuitive web interface. This gives complete clarity and transparency of telecoms provision and costs.
In particular it gives you the tools to monitor, measure and manage all aspects of service provision, giving you:
- Internal reporting and billing that is both transparent and accurate;
- Budgeting and forecasting at an extremely precise level;
- Forecast savings validated against actuals achieved on a monthly basis;
