Dispute Management

This module will provide the ability to track a disputed invoice by service provider, processor, status and date.  In addition the module will contain the following information:

  • Open disputes
  • Closed disputes

The Data Analyst can communicate with the network providers on your behalf to highlight all disputes, provide evidence of disputes and negotiate disputes to resolution.

This module will provide you with a history of all disputes raised, timescale for resolution and result. This detail can then be used in forums such as network provider service reviews enabling you to be effective in SLA management or obtain service credits as a result of poor network provider performance.
